Ceyhun Öziş
After completing his studies in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development at Istanbul Technical University (İTÜ), Ceyhun Öziş has gained more than 20 years of experience in the real estate development sector.
After holding managerial positions in various corporate organisations across the sector throughout his career, he continues his professional life through Ren, which he founded, alongside board memberships and company partnerships.
He has played an active role in the development of residential, office, and shopping centre projects in several cities, notably Istanbul, Bursa, Antalya, and Bodrum. He has been involved in the development and implementation of large-scale investments, including one of Turkey's largest urban transformation projects, Bursa's largest shopping mall, and one of Bodrum's most exclusive villa projects.
He has been involved in every stage of real estate development—from land development to investment decisions, and from concept design to planning and site management. He is known for a meticulous, analytical, and results-oriented approach.
Today he applies this experience through Ren Gayrimenkul Geliştirme, which he founded, developing quality and sustainable projects that create value in their locations.
